Voici un tutorial pour changer les sons d’origines du système de votre iDevice, avec et sans Winterboard.
Il est assez facile de se créer un son avec iTunes et ainsi remplacer ceux d’origines.
Il est conseillé de sauvegarder tout fichier que vous aller modifier!

Le son est sous un fomat .caf
Plusieurs solutions s’offrent à vous :

  • Trouver des sons sur la toile au format .caf.
  • Trouver des sons sur la toile et les convertir avec iTunes.

Par défaut, les sons d’origines du système se trouvent dans /System/Library/Audio/UISounds
ou dans le dossier UISounds de votre thème personnalisé appliqué avec WinterBoard.

  • Pour la sonnerie (ringtone), ceux d’origines sont dans /private/var/stash/Ringtones et celle customisé dans /private/var/mobile/Media/iTunes_Control/Ringtones
  • Il est conseillé d’utiliser des sons de même durée que celle d’origine!
  • Remplacer le fichier d’origine avec un fichier du même nom.caf

Voici comment créer un son .caf avec iTunes :

  • Importer le son dans iTunes
  • Dans iTunes, aller dans Edition – Préférence – Général
  • Aller dans Réglage d’importation.
  • Sélectionner Encodeur AIFF
  • Aller dans les propriétées d’une chanson de votre bibliothèque iTunes
    (Clic droit et Obtenir des informations).
  • Sélectionner la partie à utliser comme sonnerie SMS (10 sec max) et aller dans Modifier et valider.
  • Convertir (clic droit sur la chanson modifiée, puis conversion en AIFF).
  • Penser à restaurer par défaut les propriétées de la chanson modifiée.
  • Renomer le fichier obtenu en nom_par_défaut_d’origine.caf
  • Transférer dans votre iDevice.
  • Thème par défaut :
    /System/Library/Audio/UISounds
  • Thème WinterBoard :
    /private/var/stash/Themes.xxx/votre thème perso.theme/UISounds
